20A has a spilt, ductless air conditioning system with thermostats in each of the bedrooms and living room. There are also ceiling fans everywhere. We did our first remodel (new tile throughout home and onto the lanais, carpet, painting, shutters, furniture, new master bath, etc) in late 1999. Our second major remodel included the kitchen and guest bath (fall 2003). In the fall of 2007 we fine tuned again with new decorating including carpeting & furnishings, new base board molding, new doors in bedrooms and baths and several other upgrades including flat screen tvs and dvds in both bedrooms and living room. Every year we replace bedding and add something new.

The condo is all on one floor and in a very private corner setting. A gas grill is available on the living room lanai (Please take the time to clean it if you use it). A dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, cd player, DVD, i-pod player/charger, iron/board and full size stacked washer/dryer are in the unit for your convenience.

Complimentary cable high speed Internet access, a printer, answering machine, cordless phone, fax machine and a digital wall safe are also in the unit for your use.

We provide starter supplies for your cleaning needs, a hair dryer in each bath, beach towels for all and some beach chairs. Maid service is available should you so desire for a very small fee.

Besides some beautiful views of the water and sunset, the Master bedroom has a completely redesigned bath/dressing area with walk in tile and glass block shower. The guest area features a new walk-in shower with etched glass wall and a 12" "step over" making it possible to use the shower as a large, soaking tub. There is lots of closet space with new built-ins everywhere.

This is a very private condominium unit. It has lovely garden and "framed" ocean views from every room except the 2nd bedroom, which opens onto a large enclosed lanai. A short, level, easy walk takes you to the beach and fabulous beachfront pool (covered cabana, kitchen and bath facilities) but another pool (unheated and designated "quiet") and a paddle tennis court are adjacent to building 20’s parking area.
